Andrea Navedo

Andrea Navedo is an American actress who is also a published author. She started her career in soap operas One Life to Live, Guiding Light. Later she had many supporting roles in primetime TV. Andrea Navedo was born 10 October 1977, in The Bronx New York United States. Navedo launched her career as an actor in soap operas for daytime TV. She was on the show as Linda Soto, the ABC soap One Life to Live from 1995 to 1998. She joined the CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996 she had only a small role on the show in Girl 6 and then went onto appear in New York Undercover. Navedo played on Double Take, an action-comedy film released in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the next year. Navedo was a regular character in the NBC Crime Series Law & Order, as Detective Ana Cordova from 2001-2004. Later he starred as Detective Ana Cordova on Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages. Navedo was also in a variety of movies, such as El Cantante and Remember Me. Navedo played recurring parts on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, How to Make It in America Golden Boy as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy between 2011 to 2013. Superfast! She was a star in the show's comedy. The Fast and the Furious films were mocked in the 2015 movie. Navedo first began her profession as an actor in the daytime dramas. Between 1995 and 1997, she played Linda Soto on ABC's soap show One Life to Live. In 1999, she was part of the cast of CBS soap opera Guiding Light as Theresa Sandoval. Her debut in the film industry with a part in Girl 6 (1996), then went on to guest star in New York Undercover and The District. Navedo appeared as a co-star in Double Take (2002), a comedy action film.
